<P>抬脚平衡 单脚后跟起身 有一定的速度就很容易 但要接着继续单后轮过桩 还不够稳 摇摇晃晃 ^_^ 转单后轮倒滑就更困难了 瓶颈啊</P>

<br>^_^ 单后轮向前倒是越来越稳了 向后难度就大多了 还没找到感觉
