<P ><B>参加办法：</B><B><p></p></B></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> 1</FONT>、速度轮滑每队设领队，教练各一人，运动员<FONT face="Times New Roman">12</FONT>人（组别、性别不<p></p></P>
<P >限），每人可报两项；花样轮滑每队限<FONT face="Times New Roman">10</FONT>人（组别、性别不限）。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>、速度轮滑比赛用鞋为单排轮，比赛时必须戴头盔；花样轮滑必须比<p></p></P>
<P >赛服装。<p></p></P>
