黑金分解图及改进设计

黑金把中端buckle的位置作了调整, 微调扣整体向中间位置挪了几个厘米,解决的红seba因为这个位置过低作slide时很容易损坏的问题.
内胆
内胆比红seba有加厚,同样配备了三个硬度的减震垫,这点和红seba是一样的
刀架
黑金的刀架在做工上更加的精致了,红seba的刀架存在许多问题,现在手里拿到的黑金的刀架都十分的完美.
cuff
cuff的设计没有大的改变,还是在cuff内侧加了一个垫片,在之前DIMITRIY关于这个垫片的设计不是很满意,主要是由于以前这个垫片作的太长了,所以在扣紧cuff的时候很费劲.黑金把这个垫片改短了,这样一来真正能起到紧固作用.还有以前的红seba的buckle带作的过长(以前是以欧洲人的脚型为标准,他们普遍脚脖子粗,所以buckle带作的比较长),黑金根据亚洲人的脚型把这个带子改短了, 省去的很多DIY的麻烦.(见过老鼠把自己红seba的这个带子减短的)
微调cuff轴心
轴心作的最大的改进就是加粗了螺丝, 改进后的螺丝更容易上紧,不容易脱落,这个位置可以说一直是seba的软肋,这个改进我想应该能很大程度上解决这个问题.
空心穿钉
空心穿钉的设计让我眼前一亮, 开始感觉这样会不会降低穿钉的强度,拆下来拿在手里便打消了这种顾虑.穿钉采用了新的材料,感觉象钢,现在还不能确定.拿在手里沉甸甸的,很有质感.而且这次的穿钉长度更精确了,拧上之后刚好和刀架对齐,不会有多余的长度漏出来.
轴承
黑金同样采用了红色-7RS防水轴承.
轮子
黑金同样采用的GYRO公司的专业平花轮,上一批的红seba的平花彩轮很多人普遍反映非常的不耐磨,所以这次GYRO公司对轮子进行了改进,前一段老鼠的北方之行一直使用的是黑金的轮子,也算是进行了测试,结果非常另人满意.可以这样说,是一套非常到位的专业平花轮.
黑金SEBA(包括未来的亮红SEBA)开始使用钢制空心穿钉, 和SALOMON的CROSSMAX 3 的穿钉一样, 由于钢材料比铝合金更加坚硬, 这样可以解决穿钉滑丝的问题 .<img src="attachments/dvbbs/2005-10/20051080195096429.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; 小莫原本用的的是低端的橙色测试版，应该满足不了小莫的训练强度，相对来说C3或C4应该更适合他，建议CUFF后面改低一些，只是个人建议各人的习惯也不同嘛，呵呵

之前的红seba挺不错的，不过小默穿了3个月感觉脚踝变软了，现在他也换了C3，MIC队员现在标配都是salomon了，hoho

客观的说米高的东西确实一直在改进,比较用心,从黑金能看出很多细节的注重,希望早一天国内的66也能穿上让foreigner都羡慕的国产鞋
