印发2012年中国(海宁)速度轮滑公开赛竞赛规程通知

      各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市、新疆生产建设兵团体育局社体中心(群体处、体总秘书处)、各行业体协、各体育院校轮滑项目管理部门，中国轮滑协会训练基地、团体会员单位：

　　为进一步推动轮滑运动的普及与开展，促进速度轮滑运动水平的提高，由国家体育总局社会体育指导中心、中国轮滑协会主办的2012年中国(海宁)速度轮滑公开赛定于8月28日29日在浙江省海宁市举行。现将竞赛规程发给你们，请按要求组队参赛。
