   整个赛事进行的紧张有序，竞争激烈，高潮迭起。整体竞技水平较上届有很大的提高。女子选手竞技水平较为接近，竞争颇为激烈，且更具有观赏性。男子选手由于实力悬殊，从赛后团体总分来分看；吉林队轮滑霸主地位难以撼动。天津代表队已逾越北京代表队升至次席，北京代表队暂居第三。其他各支代表队，虽有奖牌斩获，但要想挤入三甲，在整体实力上还须努力。
