<P>这次和无限去上海参加了这个培训班~见到了法国平花高手vincent，还有国内轮滑各界的精英人物，速滑的，花样的，还有轮滑球的高手们，同时也和全国各地的6友们探讨了各地区轮滑，尤其是平地花式运动的发展状况，以及全国轮滑运动以后的发展走向问题，收获感想颇多，也和无限仔细研究了当前陕西平花的状况，所以提出了easy roller---逍遥骑士的口号，打造一个我们自己的品牌~~为更好的发展我们陕西的平花运动！</P><P>下面这些是我们在上海的一些照片</P>

<P><BR> </P> 这3个动作太牛X了,要练多久啊 看来都很强~~~我得好好练练…………我的鞋太烂了想买好一点的~各位前辈那里可以买到~~~ <P>这三个动作都需要单脚功夫过硬，平衡性好。正确的方法＋适当的努力是很快就会成功的。</P> <P>哇噻酷啊</P>

5个轮子是速滑鞋而且没有鞋帮,玩起来是很困难的
