足跟足尖力量训练的重要性

<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">更有意思的是,在练习平花的这段时间,我同样也没放弃双排花样,用双排同样做以上各种错脚练习,现在用双排也能做出以上大部分足跟足尖的动作了。并且最让人高兴的是,双排的旋转也于无形中得到了较大提高。由于足跟、足尖力量与平衡能力的加强,现在双足跟尖旋转时,轴心较稳,转速也明显加快,双足跟旋转也不错了,只是双足尖旋转,由于双排鞋前轮靠后,前面有制动器,没有直排鞋感觉好。另外,关于直立转及反直立转的重心的理解也更深了一些,直立转在收臂稳定进入旋转后,后轮完全可以离地,反直立转在收臂稳定进入旋转后,前轮完全可以离地,并且我在一次练习时,竟然蒙出了一圈多的足跟燕式转及反燕转,我相信足跟驼转应该是这样开始的。</SPAN></P> 我也照这样练习的,现在用足跟和足尖做动作也进步了不少! 好,收了 <p>呵呵!!</p><p></p><p>懂了!</p> 恩,不错,顶下!
