法国朋友2016年还想来刷青海湖！
本帖最后由 johnxu 于 2015-10-19 16:04 编辑今天收到今年跟我们同刷青海湖的法国朋友欧立文的邮件，他有兴趣并考虑2016年再来刷青海湖！看来这活动完全被国际轮马和长刷主流社会接受！
另外的好消息是2016年九月底，世界大师杯轮滑马拉松赛将在中国南京举办。今年6月我们在法国第戎参加世界大师杯轮滑马拉松赛时见到了组委会的兰迪（Sergio Landi) 主席，他表示了在中国办赛的想法，我向他推荐了北京和南京。回国后，我给南京轮滑协会秘书长常先生发了邮件，告知此事，牵线搭桥，这事居然成了。
下面是欧立文的邮件：
Dear John,
I was very busy and tired during last weeks, and not in good shape for racing, but now our races in Europe are finished for several months.
Are you informed that 24h Le Mans 2016 is officially on July 2nd and 3rd ?
It is very good if you can meet Christophe in November. He will try to help you, especially to solve the problems which are difficult for non local skaters, because you cannot come from your home with a car full of matresses, table, chairs, tent ... You have time for registration, about six months, then I recommend that you try to find 4 more skaters to fill a team of ten. It is very hard with a team of six, and you will have much more fun with a team of ten.
Each skater should make only one lap during day as well as night. During the night, you split the team in 2 subteams, one skating and the other sleeping, No more than 3 hours, but maybe 2 times.
At any time, the priority should be the shape of weaker skaters, avoid blisters, back pain and other problems you never had before.
I think the main problem is that you can not estimate the real requirements before the event. You understand everything about 2 hours after it starts, but it is too late to solve most problems if you did not know before or underestimated.
The World Master marathon Championship 2016 will be in Nanjing at the end of September. I will come and I intend to come also to Qinghai lake. I hope it will be possible.

每个参加接力赛的赛手，每圈一换人（即每人每轮只滑1圈），白天和夜间都是这样。夜里可以把参赛队分成两支小队，一小队上场比赛，另一小队睡觉。每支小队每轮上场比赛的时间不要超过3小时，可以轮换2次。 johnxu 发表于 2016-4-18 13:49
