roman';mso-bidi-font-family:宋体;mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-ansi-language:zh-cn">可以先原地压外刃,开始可以找一个支撑物做,大概一到两次后,请不要再依靠支撑物来压刃,因为形成依赖感后,就不好了。压内八的时候,胯部还是放松,膝盖放松略弯,2脚尖对好但不要互相碰在一起,初学者大概压1-2分钟左右,就会有疼痛感,可以多忍30秒后站直,然后刷几圈放松后,开始练习CRAZY。我觉得CRAZY重要的是上身的重心一定要立直,你们可以看看高手的动作。上身几乎不会怎么摆动的,我开始练习的时候,就是双手水平打开的,平衡感一下子好很多,熟练了以后,可以把手心向后放在身体2侧。在做CRAZY的时候,正交叉到外八一定要做到位,后交叉完后脑子里要刻意想的是要形成内八。有点点窍门,就是真正做CRAZY的时候,左右脚有前后时间差的,也就是说,做的时候有一种一个脚先出去,后一脚再出去的感觉,和标准的正交叉或后交叉是有差别的,这样做就是为了重心能在左右脚上自如的交替,而动作才舒展。
