　　内蒙的速滑还是以水冰的基本滑法为主！　其实应该让大家认识到双推　但并不是说基本滑法不行　练习双推不是得先有水冰的底子吗？　　但内蒙会双推的６６确实太少啦　有的是能做出样子（说我呢　　哈）　　但能领悟到精髓的就少啦
