<P>周二固定长刷科技馆--张江中医药大学</P>
<P> 因为路线长速度快，对装备体能都有要求，所以谢绝没有经验的新手参加。请在安全场地内充分练习后，请老手考核，通过后方可参加，老手要对新手的能力负责！<BR> 考核内容暂定如下:冲刺速度不停刷科技馆内圈5圈，接着2分钟内从新区政府门前旗杆处横穿广场到对面栏杆折返起点。必须过桥和台阶！体力和应变能力都具备才能安全刷街。为了大家的刷街活动能够顺畅进行，请新手和刷街组织者自觉遵守。</P>
<P> 刷街时注意事项</P>
<P>1、集体编队匀速行进，禁止并行闲聊，接听电话，禁止不必要地超越领滑者以及落后殿后者。<BR>2、对领滑者要绝对跟从，禁止在行进中争论路线。<BR>3、中途过路口或休息时靠边停下，保持队形，禁止堵塞通道。<BR>4、遇到突发事件要及时报告他人，配合领滑者行动。<BR>5、每次出发前仔细检查装备，刷街要时刻注意安全。</P></DIV>
<P>新人想参加，请看看首页摔哥设立的要求，如果自己评估下来能达到这个水平，就可以罗。。。否则的话会有点麻烦。目前都是来回刷的，路程已经加到了十公里以上，所以体力要求更大。
