老哥,我不是已经告诉你了吗.用东西翘掉,可以增加cuff的左右灵活度,具体看说明书上的图就知道了。

<P>其实c3挺灵活的了 如果cuff再活一点 hoho </P>
<P>另外穿c3的时候不用把鞋子绑的特别紧 一般勒住就可以了 松一点反而更舒服</P>
<P>c3比较适合弧线类的动作 不过要注意好上身的动作动作协调一些就好看了 :)</P>

<P>以前做stroll怎么也不行，换上C3以后，两天就把stroll给练的差不多了，感觉前小后大的轮列给了我无穷的前冲力。感觉弄下来以后，脚踝左右撇的更加自由了。</P>
