[推荐]视频制作软件Windows Movie Maker

<P>现在大多轮滑的视频都采用了wmv流格式，它的优点在于不用下载完整个文件就可以观看视频，文件比较起mpeg/avi/mov等格式都要小，而且效果还可以，得到广泛使用。</P>
<P>wmv文件的输出，点击“文件->保存电影文件->..”就可以直接保存为wmv，速度比Windows Media 编码器转得要快，而一般我们选择“宽带视频(512Kbps)”，3分钟的视频约10M。</P>

<P>现在以flashfxp软件为例，介绍一下ftp服务器的上传和下载功能。</P>

<P>默认端口为21</P>

<P>3，寻找需要下载的资源，在右边的窗口内找你想下载的文件夹或者是文件，拖到右边的本地硬盘上，就开始下载了，呵呵</P>

<P>4，上传的话需要有上传权限，方法和下载一样，把你要上传的文件从左边拖到右边你想上传的文件夹内就可以了，呵呵</P>
