铝的架子,用氩弧旱才可以!找专门的加工工厂可以做!
<P> 我的速滑架子的几个螺纹也是花了，但是我也用了一种解决办法，比楼主的更加省力，直接使用一般材料，不用任何二次改造,不过外观可能没有楼主的好看，与楼主的不同点关键在于楼主是用钻子和轴钉自制了一个轴套用来从架子外面固定轴钉，我是直接用楼主最后图上的塑料轴套（就是固定轮子的那个黑东东）从架子外面来固定代用轴钉。另外偶也有些其它心得，尽量买些垫圈（塑料的最好）垫在两边架子外侧，这样上轮子的时候不用担心磨花架子的外漆，轮子也固定的闹固些。还有个很重要的原因就是有些架子外面两侧不是平行的而是梯形的，所以直接用轴钉从外侧固定，轴承上的受力是不均匀的，这就造成轮子有可能很死而滚不动，多加几层垫片也是尽量使它的受力通过多层传递而均匀些。</P>

<P>嗯 當初我也有這樣想法 但發現如果那個孔鑽歪了就不能用了 所以我會原裝的釘子 有固定的六角孔 從那邊鑽進去歪的機會少很多 cc^^"...我的手藝很差 所以只能用這個的方法<BR>嗯 我也多加幾個墊圈 會把鏍絲釘子固定的比較好</P>

<P>其實我這方法有點怪怪的樣子....但總比沒的用好 還有這方法不會直接破壞架子本身結構</P>
看了这么多方法,最想问的是:为啥螺扣滑丝了?怎么能避免滑丝?其实,架子出厂时都应该有个说明,怎么紧螺丝,多大力度刚好合适?
