活动成员：兰州直线轮滑成员5人，湖北专程赶来爱好者一人

1：弃甲蜗牛

 湖北铁杆爱好者。曾任轮滑天地湖北版版主。户外经验丰富。组织能力强。善于和人沟通交朋友。此次专程从湖北坐98元火车硬座赶来一起组织轮滑环湖。然后还要轮滑西藏。属于牛人独行侠一类。

 计划：7月3号赶到兰州。盘踞几日后提前到达青海。以适应高原反应。然后9号和我们会合。10号-20号环湖后直接经格尔木入藏。

 比较担心的事情：1：高原反应。 

 2：藏獒。

 3：住宿和食物。

 4：安全。

 5：负重轮滑的可行性。

2：魑魅魍魉（就是我）


兰州直线轮滑俱乐部创始人之一。铁杆轮滑爱好者。有山区长坡上下经验。喜爱户外运动。希望能将两种运动和二为一。 

计划：<st1:chsdate isrocdate="False" islunardate="False" day="3" month="7" year="2005" w:st="on">7月3日</st1:chsdate>接到蜗牛的到来后。带他在兰州刷去各个景点。尝兰州各个美味后送他去西宁适应高原反应。

魑魅魍魉辛苦了．让我一回家就能看到这么出色的游记．．．
这次我的表现太逊了．．ＨＯＯ．环湖结束后再没多少穿刷子的心思．只是坐车到拉萨后在城区玩过Ｎ次其间被交警逮过二次．．最后一次是在布达拉宫的广场．因为它新＂开张＂所以我去＂捧场＂但被保安和交警一起逮．．．差点脱鞋．太过没劲所以此后的日子都是人背鞋而不是鞋背人了．
对自己的表现我还是满意．因为知道自己尽力了．也知道自己很理智的权衡了＂数字与安全＂．放弃也是一种勇气．
轮滑环青海湖是很现实的．走青藏线进西藏也是很现实的．虽然难度较大．但我从兰州二位朋友的身上看到了极大的信心！至少我相信给他们足够的时间他们就一定能做到！
所以我很遗憾为什么有时间有闲情的是我而不是他们．
这次收获良多．美景美食远居其次．更让我欣悦留念的就是每位同行的朋友．
因为你们．所以精彩．．．想念你们！！！

路线：兰州-西宁-倒淌河 
费用：食物170，兰州-西宁 43X4 =172 西宁-倒淌河 150晚饭35 合计：527
 出发准备：今天是出发日子。淅淅沥沥的雨搞得人们心中都湿漉漉的。一早和boy前往超市采购食品和日用品。11点左右前去大玩家户外店租装备时发生意外—因为没有提前说好。店里一个帐篷都没有了。为了能够赶上下午3点的火车。在冒雨去其它户外店租帐篷未果的情况下。只好临时购买两个帐篷。
改乘汽车： 在大家收拾整齐会合在火车站时发现务农如何都赶不上3点多兰州到西宁的火车了。无奈中只好改乘下午5点的大巴赶往西宁。
赶赴倒淌河：背着大大的行囊走在西宁的道路上才发现找到一辆到倒淌河的车是多么不容易的事情。晚上9点左右。在围着我们的一堆出租车中好不容易和一位敲定了价格。一起吃过烤羊肉和羊肉面片后终于走上了去倒淌河的道路。一路上又开始下雨。让人担心明天的计划会变成冒雨徒步。
会师倒淌河：11点左右，汽车终于停在早已在路边等候，冻得瑟瑟发抖，望眼欲穿的蜗牛身边。我们的心情和红军胜利会师没什么差别。但是立刻就被猛烈寒风请进了蜗牛居住的“酒店”-6块钱每人每天的尖扎旅店。冷。实在太冷了。
喇嘛兄弟：半天才缓过经来的我们才发现外屋还住着一位喇嘛兄弟。蜗牛说早到的这几天的大部分无聊时光就是和这位喇嘛兄弟一起念经吃糌粑度过的。
终于安顿了下来。希望明天雨能停。能让我们顺利上路。

路面：109国道，路面很好。无坑，但起伏较多。下坡上坡，感觉像搓板。但总体走势为缓上坡。前期有几段中长坡。翻过几道山梁能看见青海湖后路面多为下坡。比较舒服。过路车辆较多。大型货车和游览观光车居多，车速都很快。路边有一道平整沙土便道。可以做紧急刹车用。
出发的好天气：早晨六点多。蜗牛幸福的一句“好天气”将本来就没睡踏实的我们叫了起来。抬头看到天已经大亮。虽然天气阴沉。但没有下雨。地面居然也已经干了。看来老天爷也比较支持我们的活动。

准备出发：在一家名叫“西来顺”的小餐馆吃了面片早餐。装满了大家的水壶后。大家开始收拾准备上路。我们的装束吸引了镇子中人们好奇的目光。他们看着。笑着。用着我们不懂的语言。对我们评头论足。

终于上路了。虽然天气还是很阴沉。

图11：离开倒淌河
上路：早上10：40左右离开了倒淌河小镇。托文成公主的福。一路阴天。但一直没有下雨。还免去了太阳暴晒之苦。路面非常不错。非常适合滑行。因为是国道所以过往车辆较多。路边还有一条“刹车道”。非常好。但是中间那个道路反光标示块经常会卡住轮子。
负重：从来没有背上过这么重的行李刷过街。包包背上肩后。人一直往后倒。滑行时不等不弯下腰。把重心放前。姿势倒是标准的滑行姿势。负重滑行一段后感觉就是腿上需要多一点支撑的力量外。滑行和平时差不多。重量大了。惯性也大了。速度也可以。

路面：从旅游区西边土路走到湖边。沿湖大多为潮湿泥地。土质硬。徒步比较舒服。


二郎剑：二郎剑位于青海湖南岸，由一条长<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="10" UnitName="公里">10公里</st1:chmetcnv>、宽<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="600" UnitName="米">600米</st1:chmetcnv>，延伸到青海湖里的沙地组成，其形状恰似一把长剑横卧青海湖。


青海湖之大：早上起来眺望青海湖。才知道青海湖原来很大。因为二郎剑长长的衍生到湖中。在湖边看感觉好像和北岸相连。所以感觉青海湖很小。其实看到的不到她的1/5。蜗牛初见青海湖的时候也觉得青海湖比想象中的小多了。现在一看才知道了她的广阔。

游湖：看到伸在湖里的二郎剑。大家都产生了去剑尖玩玩的想法。于是我们决定今天先不赶路。沿湖走到哪里去看看。到了如果早的话再赶往江西沟。但是就像昨天上山一样。看起来就在眼前的路。走起来要那么久。从山上下来。在小镇补给了水和大饼后我们走向湖边。

白马：在旅游区的边上有一条土路可以到湖边。没有铁丝网拦着。属于一块自由的地方。湖边风景相当不错。湖边有很多当地人租马。每人每匹10元。我们讲到5元后每人挑了匹白马湖边遛了一圈。

徒步：在湖边逗留了一个小时后。我们徒步沿着湖边走向我们的目的地。一路都是潮湿的沙地。还算比较好走。在湖边发现了很多用红绸子封口的坛子。一开始以为是骨灰罐。后来才知道那是祭海用的。里面好像装的五谷什么的。

暴晒：没有什么比顶着红红的太阳走在漫漫的长路上更不是滋味的事情了。太阳的紫外线线很强。大家暴露阳光下的皮肤被不同程度的晒伤。我和蜗牛最厉害。走到后来大家都把自己包裹的像生化兵。尽量不让皮肤被阳光直接晒到。

禽流感：在来之前就听说青海湖鸟岛禽流感闹得很厉害。据说死了很多鸟了。我们沿途在公路上看多很多死去的和即将死去的小鸟。不知道是不是因为这个原因。在湖边还看到了这个大鸟的遗骸。让人不禁产生一股寒意。

浅滩：行进了一半路途的时候。发现离湖岸不远处有一块露出水面的浅滩。并且发现通往那里的水很浅。没不过膝盖。浅滩上还休憩着很多的白色大鸟。当我们涉水走到了浅滩上面。鸟儿自然都飞走了。想象中会有的鸟蛋一个都没有发现。

下午四点多我们终于走到目的地附近。因为发现想去的地方已经变成的旅游区。被铁丝网围了起来。收费。里面有蒙古包什么的。这样使大家对那里失去了兴趣。加上蜗牛的高原反应还是很厉害。于是我们就在沙滩后面找到了一块平坦草地扎营休息了。天黑

路面：江西沟前基本为平缓路面。到黑马河为小上坡。总体坡度不大。一过江西沟。路上车辆明显减少。大多为入藏大型货运。车速快。


穿越草原：早晨，烈日，负重，还要包裹的严严实实的。一路上数不清该死的小飞蝇不断围着我们。钻进我们的帽子。头发。脖子里。痛苦不堪。在面前随意拍巴掌都能打死好几只。走了好久发现我们如果要上国道的话。必须走回昨天出发的地方。或者翻过铁丝网。穿过草原。这样路途上近一点。草原走起来倒有另一番风味。途中看见野兔在跑。对人不是很害怕。远远的好奇的看着我们。

长青车队：穿过一片油菜花地。翻过铁丝网。我们终于到达109国道。路上一位50多岁的自行车车手停下来好奇的询问我们的目的。看到我们包扎的严严实实的装束。以为我们是从疫区跑出来的。聊天得知他是深圳长青自行车队的。这次他们十来人从兰州出发骑自行车去西藏路过这里。其他人都在后面。都是50-60岁的车手。


外国人：因为我们装束。和我们的运动。很多路过游客都误认我们是外国人。长青车队的摄影车路过我们的时候。一开始以为是小日本。懒的搭理就过去了。超越时发现我们包上的五星红旗才知道原来是自己人。于是热情的和我们同行。拍照。录像。合影。最后把车上带的热水灌满了我们早已空空的水壶。

图25：公路疾驰


甘A：出门在外。看到家乡的人和车。都有一种说不上来的亲切感。大家都感觉我们也应该在背上涂上: 甘A 1234567。


FB官驴：滑行途中遇到一行车队。50多辆。车身上写着什么西藏光明行。前面有青海警察摩托开道。车里坐着西装革履。每个车都是闪着应急灯。打着喇叭。飞速疾驰而过。不可一世的姿态让人很不以为然。据蜗牛讲。这就是典型的FB官驴的官方游。真排场！真有气势。


重庆小店：到达江西沟后，蜗牛他们找到了一家好店。重庆人开的。饭做得味道特别好。量又足。据称：江西沟再没有比他做得好吃的饭了。

路面：环湖西路虽然比不上国道。但是也非常不错。又是一路小上坡。最后路段需要翻过一道山梁。是一大长坡。然后一路下坡到石乃亥。


野蘑菇：又是一夜好眠。大家快中午才收拾妥当，退房准备出发。当地餐馆的野蘑菇炒肉片非常好吃。因为昨天下了雨。据说镇外山上都会长出野蘑菇。当地人都会去采蘑菇。

蜗牛的崛起：蜗牛的状态从昨天起就一直不错。虽然到最后翻山时比较痛苦。但精神比前两天好多了。可惜后半段摔碎了水壶盖。导致水壶的使命完结。

湟鱼：湟鱼是冷水性无鳞鱼，它身体肥硕，肉质肥嫩，脂肪和蛋白质的含量都很高，营养丰富，味道鲜美，是一种稀有鱼类，只产在我国青藏高原的一些湖泊和河流中。它同泰山的赤鳞鱼、富春江的鲥鱼、洱海的弓鱼和油鱼，并称我国五大名鱼。由于生活的条件非常艰苦，生长极其缓慢，一般情况下每增加一斤体重，需要十一年。属于国家高级保护动物。在前往黑马河的时候。就有一辆西宁开来的桑塔纳停车问我要不要一起去黑马河看湟鱼。说随便哪条河都可以看到。在滑行到一座小轿休息时。眼前的情形着实让我大吃一惊：数不清的湟鱼黑压压的集结在河水中，每条鱼都逆流而上，奋勇前进。激起一片片的水花。记起当地人曾经说过：湟鱼要逆

路面：石乃亥到鸟岛到环湖西路结束的路面都比较平缓。几乎没什么大的起伏。过铁路有一个很大的拱桥。到达315国道后，连续上几个中等坡后。到泉吉几乎都是小下坡。泉吉到刚察也几乎都是下坡。国道正在维护。路面沙石较多。
水井：早上第一缕阳光照进来的时候。这家主人随着灿烂的阳光给我们带来了个坏消息：昨天晚上做饭时。水不足。我们好心去了趟村子帮他们打了一桶水回来。打水过程中。蜗牛用力过猛把压水的泵卡住了。当时那家人也没说什么，早上赶来要我们派人去修井。我们一听傻眼了。谁会修那玩意啊。后来大家商量给他们留20元让他们自己找人修下算了。把钱给了那个藏族姑娘给帮忙带过去说个好话，但据她说那家人不是很好说话。难缠。果然等我们要走的时候。那家老爷子又上门说20元不够。要我们自己上门修。最后大家说了半天好话又加了10元钱才搞定。
酸奶：早餐吃了昨天剩下的面片和早上刚酿好酸奶。纯纯的酸奶加上白砂糖。用勺子舀着吃。非常好吃。新鲜。临走还罐了满满一壶带走打算路上吃。
鸟岛：事情好容易都搞定了。大家上路终于在中午到了传说中的鸟岛宾馆。从这里有路通向鸟岛。但是因为禽流感。去哪里的路被封了。去不了。遗憾。
踩着轱辘的人：在鸟岛宾附近休息的时候碰到一位徒步环湖的兄弟。据他说他在黑马河打听路的的时候就听说有几个“踩着轱辘的人”过去了。一直想不明白。看见我们才一下明白了。同样遗憾不能去鸟岛看鸟。

黑云压境：大家补给了食物和水后。告别了徒步的驴友重新踏上了征途。（他只能等着搭乘去刚察的客车，对我们的交通工具羡慕中。。。）一路都不错。拐过弯子看见湖面的时候。发现一片黑云从湖面低低的压了过来。眼看一场暴雨将至。迫不得已。大家只好赶到路边藏民家里避雨。这里的藏民非常好客。黑云逐渐压了过来。狂风过后。大雨夹着黄豆大的冰雹倾盆而下。这场大雨整整下了近一个小时。

路面：出了刚察县就是需要翻一座山。然后下坡2<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" UnitName="公里" SourceValue="3" HasSpace="False" Negative="True" NumberType="1" TCSC="0">-3公里</st1:chmetcnv>。然后一直到哈尔盖都没什么大的坡度。哈尔盖到甘子河路段非常难走。小上坡加逆风。
山路：早晨，出了镇子就看见迎面一座大山，徒步了3<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" UnitName="公里" SourceValue="4" HasSpace="False" Negative="True" NumberType="1" TCSC="0">-4公里</st1:chmetcnv>才爬到了山顶。距招待所老板娘讲。以后的路山路居多。多为上坡。有我们走的。翻过山头。就是我们几天来碰到的最大最长下坡。大家都做了准备。Mm们徒步走了下去。我和蜗牛T刹。堂主给我的<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" UnitName="a" SourceValue="82" HasSpace="False" Negative="False" NumberType="1" TCSC="0">82A</st1:chmetcnv>的轮子还算不错。轮子磨损不大。Boy装了刹车片。比较好用。全程刷完才磨掉了一般。划算。
挺过逆风就是顺风：过了哈尔盖后天气又阴了下来。风又开始开始刮了起来。在哈尔盖和甘子河中间的哪个大大的弯道上。我们拉在一起顶着风艰难的蹒跚而行。好容易拐过了弯道后。风向一下变成顺风。不用滑都往前跑，那种苦尽甘来的感觉真是没法形容的爽。

岔路：到了甘子河，道路分成了两条。一条是国道通向西海镇。一条通向湖边沙岛。蜗牛去镇子看了下说没有适合住宿的招待所。大家就决定扎营露宿在河边。
老北京冰棍：在岔路口的小商店里面有冰棍买。我们发现了一种老北京冰棍。说白了就是白糖水冻起来的。但是大家都觉得和小时侯吃的5分钱的冰棍味道很接近。吃起来很有感觉。蜗牛更是对雪糕冰棍很感兴趣。一路上碰到小店都要扫荡把冰柜扫荡一遍。
方便面：晚饭呢也在这个小店解决了：红烧方便面加火腿肠加榨菜。大家出来久了。感觉一碗方便面也吃的忒香。
