先用冰水敷 再用牛奶擦全身那么严重还是去买晒后修复吧。。。

<P>刚刚晒伤的时候，赶快用牙膏涂上，可以止疼减轻伤害。如果过一阵还疼，可以继续涂抹牙膏。大约一天就好了。等着蜕皮吧。</P>
