我timlmy小鱼的轮滑历程！！！！！

<><FONT size=5>现在来介绍一下我自己，我的英文名字叫TIM，大家都叫我小鱼。[br]我是在“非典”时候第一次穿轮滑鞋，轮滑的基础为零，当时是2003年8月10号在商场买来一双品牌为SPOKEY的速滑练习鞋，就开始自己瞎滑着玩，因为自己琢磨总觉得有些地方不太对，就想到要找个教练教教自己了，正好是8月15日，我找到了北京的速度轮滑教练张榕张老师，教练就是教练啊，一眼就看出我是个“棒槌”，说我滑的很差，不过一看就是初学者，还没有不良的滑行习惯，教练一开始就让我学习静蹲，等路上的基本姿势，前几节课根本没怎么穿鞋，并且让我回家要多做陆地训练，因为开始使用的是速滑练习鞋，脚踝的力量很自然的增强了，到了2003年9月底我买了一双真正意义上的速滑鞋品牌是“飞航”，我用课余时间去北京月坛滚轴溜冰俱乐部（就是一个溜冰场，有个140米的木地板跑道）继续练习速滑，教练也用闲暇时间继续指导我，并且让我参加了11月的“北京市第五届速度轮滑赛”我取得了我平生第一个速滑成绩，500米第三，比赛之后我加入了“北京市冰上轮滑协会”，因为我的速滑上鞋是国产的里面的材料是玻璃钢，很脆，很快我的上鞋就坏了，之后又从“飞航”那里买了双上鞋，没想到用了半个月就又坏了，并且扭伤了脚，造成了韧带粘连，在家修养了1个半月之久，伤痛让我决定买双适合我的高级速滑鞋，于是在2004年3月买进了一双进口的速滑鞋VERDUCCI的VOLANDO上鞋，HYPER的高低架，BSB SWISS轴承，HYPER的+G轮子，真是爱不释手啊，国外的鞋子就是好啊，很舒适，而且很快，于是就继续我的速滑训练，因为自己比较认真，教练给我定了个目标让我在7月的石景山比赛中（北京的石景山有个200米的标准场地，弯道有坡度的）拿到2级运动员，我在“北京市第二届青少年体育俱乐部“铁骑兵团”杯速度轮滑比赛”中500米因为起跑失误跑慢了一秒多，成绩是51秒87达到了国家2级运动员水平（当时我只学习轮滑10个月不到）比赛之后教练很满意我的表现，因为如果我不失误就能达到一级运动员了，我比赛经验不足，所以也没批评我，我而且在此次比赛中获得3000米第六的成绩，比赛之后北京开办了教练员培训班，我经过培训后，成功通过考试获得了“三级社会体育指导员”证书，成为了一名轮滑教练，因为没有多余的钱，我没有参加在苏州举行的全国比赛，因为北京的天气到了11与就很寒冷了，没办法滑了，只能继续在“月坛”训练，因为在7月的比赛中我的成绩就要接近1级运动员水平了，我给自己信心一定要在第二年的比赛中拿到1级运动员，同年我考上了北京理工大学，很快2004年过去了，到了2005年3月天气转暖，能在室外训练了，经过了4个的训练，我在2005年7月9日的“北京市第三届青少年“铁骑兵团”杯轮滑比赛”上获得500米第二，成绩是49秒65，成绩达到了国家1级运动员，并且在5000米接力上获得团体第一，这个时候我学习速滑的时间也不过22个月，实际算上伤痛修养，冬天无法训练的时间，我只学习了速度轮滑18个月，我能为我我自己取得这样的成绩感到高兴，我谢谢我的恩师张榕教练，没有张老师的细心指导，我是不能这么快的拿到这些成绩的，有些朋友可能会说，你为什么不去全国赛，我要说因为我只是个学生，我没有过多的钱参加全国比赛，不过我已经在省市的比赛中把能拿到的最高运动员等级拿到了，我的目标是继续好好训练，继续滑下去，争取在未来以最快的时间拿到“国家健将”水平，我会努力的，希望大家支持我哦！</FONT><IMG src="http://bbs.66club.com.cn/images/smilies/tongue.gif" align=absMiddle border=0><IMG src="http://bbs.66club.com.cn/images/smilies/smile.gif" align=absMiddle border=0><IMG src="http://bbs.66club.com.cn/images/smilies/smile.gif" align=absMiddle border=0><IMG src="http://bbs.66club.com.cn/images/smilies/smile.gif" align=absMiddle border=0><IMG src="http://bbs.66club.com.cn/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" align=absMiddle border=0><IMG src="http://bbs.66club.com.cn/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" align=absMiddle border=0><IMG src="http://bbs.66club.com.cn/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" align=absMiddle border=0>[br]</P>
