【原创】关于速滑轮架

 笔者只是刚刚开始学速滑，连门都没入，但是有多年自行车运动经验，对材料和器材多少还是知道一些的。速度轮滑作为一种追求速度的运动，对器材的要求还是很苛刻的，其目的无非就是让使用者跑得快些，减少的能量的损耗。通俗的说法是：不卸力。
 轮滑架子是安装轮子的支架，是整鞋的灵魂所在。对于公路自行车而言，车架的成本可以占到整车的一半以上。当然，对于速滑鞋而言，成本最高的通常是上鞋，因为鞋是使轮子与脚融为一体的关键因素，不过这里就不细说了。与自行车架不同的是，速滑架不需要承担任何吸收震动的作用，可以说是越硬越好，将人体施加的力量完全传递到轮子上即可。在追求硬度的同时，重量越轻越好，这两点和公路自行车架是完全相同的。因此，在顶级竞赛级的公路自行车架上用到的材料几乎都能在速滑架子上看到。例如，Mogema的高档架子采用的 KT-3 铝材就是 Giant ONCE 车队夺冠时使用的自行车架的使用的材料，追求轻量化的碳纤维轮架也不鲜见。但是，业余爱好者喜爱的钢和钛却很少用来制造速滑架，因为这些材料的弹性和抗疲劳特性对于速滑没有任何用武之地。

 首先看看休闲鞋的轮架，E3 Speedmax 在入门级的鞋中算是不错的，架子是两块独立铸造的镁铝合金构成，厚度比大多数速滑架子都大，纵向（滑动方向）的强度肯定是绰绰有余，但是由于没有任何横向的金属框架，只能靠鞋底和轴杆提供横向的结构支撑，滑行中肯定会有较大的横向形变，从而造成速度的损失。这主要是为了控制成本的设计造成的，无论在重量还是硬度都达不到速滑轮架的要求。

 再看看 K2 的高档训练鞋 Radical 100的 Four Hundred 轮架，它与速滑鞋 Mod X Pro 的架子的区别主要是重量，结构和尺寸规格几乎是一样的。架子是用整块铝材 CNC 加工的，加工成本比较高，但是强度比较好，通过大量的镂空设计保证了架子的轻量化。根据 K2 提供的数据，这个架子不到 220g ，而 Mod X Pro 的架子不到 200g 。这样的架子在 100mm 的铝架中算比较轻的了，但是 K2 并非是顶级的轮架制造商，可以猜测它的硬度和顶级刀架相比还是有差距的。

 最后看看笔者非常喜爱的 Mogema M155-XRR 13.2" 轮架，它支持 110mm的轮子，看上去比 K2 得更加粗壮。它采用的是 KT-3 铝材挤压成型后再用CNC 进行加工，成本也比 K2 的更高。为了追求结构上的最大强度，这个架子采用了双层中空的外壁，横截面非常迷人，Mogema 称之为“双盒/DualBox”技术。这个架子的硬度应该可以满足任何挑剔的运动员，不过因此也比较重，达到了 260g （不含轴杆）。
 最后提一下轴杆，这两个速滑架子都使用了单钉结构的轴杆，既能节省重量，也能提供最好的横向强度。有低档的轮滑鞋采用了双钉结构，这样架子上不用加工螺纹，可以节省成本。
 从材料的角度来看，碳纤维是最佳的材料，但是由于笔者并不了解这样的架子，因此只能胡诌几句。碳纤维能在同样的重量下提供更高的硬度，但是其耐用性还有待实践的检验。碳纤维在鞋体上的应用已经很成熟了，相信很快就会有大家能买得起的碳纤维刀架了。
 以上是笔者的一些浅见，希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用，还望高手斧正。
【补充一下，关于轴杆的螺纹】
 自行车的脚踏和中轴螺纹两侧是不一样的，为的是脚踏的旋转方向和锁紧方向相同。而速滑架子上的左右架子是完全一样的，虽然不是左右对称，但是轴杆锁紧的方向和轮子前进的滚动方向是一致的，这样可以避免由于轮轴滚动造成松动。
 E-3 Speedmax 这种休闲鞋为了美观，做得左右对称，两侧的螺纹方向是不同的（螺纹不是做在架子上的）。如果速滑架需要做左右对称的刀架，相信会采用类似自行车脚踏那样的逆向螺纹。

本帖最后由 ※追風マ少年于 2016-4-10 07:42 编辑 楼主分析的确实不错. 轮滑鞋4个部件中我最重视刀架,因为是它把所有零件联结在一起,如果性能不佳,整鞋的性能不会好.至于买新鞋时我同样觉得刀架是最值得投资的部件.好的刀架又轻又强,坚固耐用,使用得当可以坚持很长的时间,不象轮子轴承是消耗品.鞋固然值很重要,但好鞋太贵了,对大多数人没有必要.很多人非常推崇订制的鞋子,其实不是每双订制鞋都能达到那么好的效果的.如果费用有限,钱一定要花在刀架上. 我的感觉刀架还是要有点韧性的,极硬的刀架使用起来不舒服,长距离赛更明显. 好的刀架的确非常讲究截面. 用过MOGEMA的M55刀架,几年下来感觉方方面面均令人满意. 除里了碳纤刀架外有的厂家推出了铸造工艺制造的刀架,采用新材料特殊结构以达到高硬度,高强度的要求. 在大赛中只见到韩国队使用碳纤刀架及铸造的刀架,使用效果不明. 以下是一篇报道. Actually, MST acknowledged that they are inspired by Bullet. MST, however, applied its unique structure ’hexagon honeycomb’ into them. Moreover, MST employed new material, Fortal-HR, that is harder than AL7075 (known as the hardest aluminum material). This is why I believe they are more rigid than the Raps Explorer and even the Bullet which is made of AL 6561. It seems like MST was trying to make a weapon rather than a frame. 这个价钱真变态。有老美讨论这个架子，说上面的参数有错。韩国人就是喜欢吹牛，架子上赫然印的就是 7075 T651...
说实话，材料只不过是个前提，真正好坏还是要看工艺和结构。
当然，MST这种结构设计看上去不错，横向形变肯定非常小。
$750的自行车架我都舍不得买，更何况是速滑架，有$200都可以买 mogema 的 4x110 了
