7月22日长刷更多照片

前两个周六都因大雨或大风而取消,心想这个周六老天总该帮次忙了吧. 早上6点的闹钟再一次把我叫醒,打开窗帘一看,啊,地又是湿的!还好没下雨,感觉空气中也不象有再下的样子,于是一个个短消息发过去,推迟到9点.这下好了,虽然大部分同志都能积极配合,可也有个别同志要么小迟到,要么大迟到,还有干脆不来了,在此鄙视一下.不过还是有11位同志出现在了科技馆,天气也渐渐热了起来,管他了,只要不雨就谢天谢地了.这次是从科技馆刷到龙东大道陆川公路口,再原路返回.单程21公里,来回正好一个马拉松.这个累啊!中间休息了大概半个小时,回程还是体力消耗超大.搞得比刷苏州还累,可能是速度不均吧.还有是天气太热.从快的到慢的,去时用了50-70分钟,回来时用了1个小时到1个半小时.下次还是匀速比较好,象大树一样,效率高.呵呵. 整装待发啦!<img src="attachments/dvbbs/2006-7/2006724902870506.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; 夏天长刷烤验人啊！这次虽然乌云蔽日，还是闷热难耐，头顶烈日长刷还不知是何滋味。NICOLE能否把时间延至下午太阳西下时刷，既能睡懒觉，又能躲酷暑，仅供参考。

明天将会是一个烈日骄阳的大热天,早上8点太阳已经很辣了.想暂时试一次大树的建议,刷一次傍晚的,多避开一些高温时段.看看效果如何.想来的大家一起来吧,以后回忆起自己曾经疯狂地在35度高温下长刷马拉松会是个什么感觉呀,呵呵.7月30日长刷路线:集中: 下午4:30科技馆路线: 科技馆到合庆镇路标,与上次的一样.单程21公里,来回42公里.参加单程或双程都可以.请一定要事先做好防晒措施,必要的话戴上遮阳帽.
