>元旦之日，一群老人刷完四环。这群老人最大岁数65岁，最小岁数47岁，平均年龄56岁，其中一位女同志57岁。四环用汽车实测外环辅道距离<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="70" UnitName="公里">70公里</st1:chmetcnv>。

>元旦凌晨4时，我们从郡王府门口出发，历经7个小时，于中午11时，11人全部刷完四环。（因为31日上午下雪，外加元旦早晨大雾，四环辅路全程结冰，所以用时比计划长。）很多人一路上多次摔倒，到达终点时，已经浑身是泥，浑身湿透。[em01]

>今晚接到duo2910的电话，详细介绍了这次夜刷四环的情况，duo2910就是年纪最大那位了，今年65岁，老人家以前身体多处做过手术，腰里至今还装了钢板，但退休以来，一直坚持轮滑锻炼，现在身体恢复的很好。

>北京的元旦，应该是很寒冷的，路面不少地方都结了冰，70公里的路程，在这种天气下，不要说是一帮老年人，就是年轻人也难以坚持下去的。真的难以置信，这几位老人家能够克服种种困难，坚持的完成了70公里的路程，真让人敬佩不已。
