2014年6月1日WIC世界杯轮马第2站比赛在韩国仁川举行。超过3000名轮滑爱好者参加了比赛!比赛人数超过去年。2014年的比赛采用了一条新赛道,沿海岸穿市区,5公里路段往返4次,全程40公里(以前的赛道38公里)。比赛当天天气也很好,(去年刮大风)
共有来自8个国家的顶级赛手参赛,法国名将Yann Guyader在前10公里就和队友配合,领先众人2公里,并保持一路领先, 获男子冠军,女子前三被韩国选手囊括。
Second Race of the WORLD INLINE CUP 2014 in Incheon, Korea
Incheon, 1st June 2014, The Incheon leg of the WORLD INLINE CUP was also a big success in 2014 with over 3,000 skaters - even more participants than the year before - competing on the new course. The atmosphere on and around the track proved once again that Inline skating is still very popular in Korea.
Yann Guyader wins the men's race...
Between a kids race and 20km senior races, the WORLD INLINE CUP marathon took place with top skaters from eight countries competing for the valuable points in the race for the WORLD INLINE CUP 2014 under good conditions. The new course took the skaters on 4 laps of 10 km each along Incheon's coast and through the city.
Early decision in the men's race
Already after 10 kilometres, Yann Guyader (France) and his team partner Patxi Peula (Spain), both from EOSkates, broke away advancing fast over two kilometres. Yann Guyader was able to maintain his lead up to the finish line ahead of a Korean skater and Patxi Peula. "It was really a good race for me. The weather was fine and the organization was also very good. I felt also fine with the new course so that I could deliver a good race", said the victorious Guyader.
Korean one-two-three win at the women's race
With the crash of Italy's Francesca Lollobrigida, the winner of the last WORLD INLINE CUP race in Rennes, shortly before the finish line, the track was free for the Korean skaters to make the triple. |
