外国滑友非常感兴趣“行云流水环太湖”轮滑活动

我把小马哥“行云流水环太湖”活动的图片连接发给了法国的滑友，他九月来南京参加世界锦标赛。他发来邮件说外国滑友非常感兴趣环太湖活动。下面是法国朋友的邮件。南京9月18日南京比赛后，法国、澳大利亚、新西兰、美国、哥伦比亚、意大利等国朋友都可能参加环太湖，其中还有两名获得世界冠军的法国女士。哈哈哈！只不过他们中有人9月24日还有德国柏林的比赛，不能滑300公里。我准备给他们安排一个两天的活动。第一天苏州到东山，晚住在青蛙村，第二天原路返回苏州。

他们非常喜欢跟中国朋友一快儿长距离轮滑，中国朋友有参加的吗？

我抽时间制定个详细的计划给老外们。如果小马哥届时有时间，我们共同来组织，如果风哥有意商业开发，可以好好策划一下。

Nice to hear from you.
Thanks for your proposal to skate around the Taihu Lake, it is a wonderful idea ! The photos are motivation and I will enjoy to skate again with chinese skaters. I will come with 2 French women, already medalled at World Championships, and some other friends from different countries (Australia, N-Z, USA, Colombia, Italy...) may be also interested.
But we have the Berlin Marathon in Europe on September 24th and it would not be recommended to skate as much as 330km a few days before.
From Shanghai to Nanjing (and Suzhou), is it better to go by train or by plane ? Is there a high speed train ?
A few days ago there were races in China. The French champion Elton De Souza won a few of them. He has a new teammate from N-Z, Dale Christoffersen,  I skated with him in January.  They had so much fun together skating and training on the Great Wall !
Philippe, I hope your ankle is not painful, )-:. Recover fast !

Proposed Itinerary of Skating Around the Taihu Lake
（19-20, Sep. 2016）

Introduction to the Taihu Lake

Taihu Lake is the largest lake in the area of eastern coast line of China, as well as the third biggest fresh water lake in China.

Taihu Lake is located in the east China, near by Shanghai. It is easily reached by car within about 1.5 hours, or by high speed trian within 30 minuters from Shanghai.

Taihu Lake is one of the first batches of 12 State-level tourism & resort districts approved by central government, as well as one of the first batches of the demonstration district of tourism industry of WTO level. Some 90 islets, large or small, plus the presence of many fleets of fishing junk boats add to its landscape, making it a remarkable spectacle.

In recent years, many sections of “green path” have been builded for bikes and skaters, and a  300 km green path belt around the Tauhu Lake connected all sections of green path is under construction and will be complited in a couple of years.

Two Days Itinerary
Day 1:  Monday 19th Sep. 2016
08:30 Meeting at the Ticket Office of Nanjing Railway Station

Public Transportation to the Nanjing Railway Station: (to be added)

09:00 Take the high speed train from Nanjing to Suzhou
High speed trains offer frequent rail-link between Nanjing , Suzhou, and Shanghai. Every day there are more than 120 trains run from Nanjing to Suzhou (duration 1-1.5 hours).

10:00 Arrival at Suzhou, take Line 1 of Subway to Mudu Station
10:30 Arrival at Mudu Town, the guesthouse will arrange a car to transport the luggage to the guesthouse.

Skating 45 km to Xixiang Village, (35 km along the beautiful front of Taihu Lake, the WIC Inline Marathon Tour skated there from 2006-2008).

12:00  Quick lunch at the Linhu Town (front of Taihu Lake).

14：30 Finish the skating at the Xixiang Village, which is one of the most beautigul villages around the Taihu Lake. Overnight at Changqi Guesthouse with local style.

17：30  Eenjoy Sunset at the front of Taihu Lake
18：30  Dinner
20：00         Night skate along the Taihu Lake

Day 2:  Tuesday 20th Sep. 2015

09:00 Take boat to Sanshan (three hills) Island in the Taihu Lake, and skating at the car free island.

12:00 Lunch at the Xixiang Village

14:00 Skating back to the Mudu Subway Station (or take the car to there), and then take the subway Line 1 to the Suzhou Railway Station. You may go back to Nanjing or forward to Shanghai (in 30 min.) by speed trains from Suzhou Railway Staion.

Five to six Chinese skaters will be skating with you.

Budgetto be comfirmed by organizer)
Train ticket from Nanjing to Suzhou:                         150CNY
Transport the luggage:                                                        100 CNY
Guesthouse one night one room:                                 360CNY
Meals (2 lunches, 1 breakfast, and 1dinner):        150CNY
Boat ticket (return) to Sanshan Island:                        50CNY
Subway tickets (return):                                                10CNY
Total: 820 CNY,  approx equalent to 110 Euro.

9月19日：
09：00 从南京乘高铁去苏州
10：00 到达苏州，乘地铁1号线去木椟
10：30 到达木读（请度假村安排车接老外大行李），滑9公里到太湖边，滑35公里到西巷村
12：00 到临湖镇午餐（您说的那家餐馆不在路线上，临湖镇距离木渎25公里我去过，很方便）
14：30 到西巷村，住长圻山庄（就是我们上次住的）
下午休息，村里逛逛
17：30 ——18：00  观日落（非常美，不能错过）
18：30——19:30  晚餐
20：00——21:00  夜刷环山公路（配点啤酒也不错）

9月20日
上午：三山岛轮滑（问过了，可以滑。有机会我实地考察）
午餐后滑回苏州，不愿意滑的包车回苏州火车站。

其他事项：
1、可以请度假村的老板娘安排一辆车去苏州木读地铁站或苏州火车站接、送老外的大行李。她报价就可以了，我们直接跟老外收钱。
2、人数：
法国朋友带5-6人（基本肯定），美国朋友2-3人（待定），中国朋友5-6人（控制人数），总人数10-15人。中国朋友中最好再找一个会英文或法文的。
（会英文法文的滑友，我会留意的。提示一下：那个在上海“生滑”的不是法国人吗，他是不是也懂中文。我的英文不行，实在不行，我拿个小本子和老外书面交流，最近好好练练。）

3、中国朋友这边不太好办的是，我们6个去法国参加24小时接力赛的，估计都想参加，因为他们在法国参赛期间肯定跟Olivier混熟了。他们9月肯定也会去南京参赛。

如果参加人数多于15人，我们可以分为两组，避开20人集会的限制（我也这么考虑过，分两组的话，您带外文组，我带中文组~~）。

重要一点：

和外国朋友提前明确一下时间，他们可能比较关心这个。

9月19日早上开始，9月20日傍晚结束，起终点在苏州。中间的活动我们设计，这个时间段以外的行程，他们自己考虑。

1、人数问题
Olivier及朋友4人，再加5~6人，总计外国滑友10人。中国滑友就算5人。15人基本方便安排，再多了就难以组织，还可能遇到法律方面的障碍。（超20人就是法定的群众集会，再说轮滑上路是交通违章行为）
Olivier的那个教练能长距离刷吗？（有点可笑，但是要考虑的。参加活动的人要有长刷经验。否则，要求助旅行社了。）

2、规模问题
规模当然可大可小。大了（超过20人），要成立组织，收报名费，商业模式运作（虽然不盈利），保障车跟上。小了，15人（最好再小点，10人以下最好），滑友自娱自乐，行动方便灵活。不需要保障车，也就不需要旅行社了，环境您是知道的，保障车反而是累赘。
我更倾向于小的，南京世界杯后，主要休闲为主，让外国朋友体会一下太湖的魅力。至于搞大规模的活动，可以邀请他们环太湖，请风哥组织。
环太湖的最佳时间，3月下旬至4月中旬、10月下旬至11月中旬。9月19-20日，还是太热，不适合环湖。相信他们到过东山后，对环太湖都有兴趣。

3、行李问题
外国滑友的大件行李可以专车送到东山住的酒店，这样，我们可以下了地铁滑到东山。
也可大家乘车从苏州站直接到东山（农家乐老板会联系车辆接我们），甚至大件行李就存放在苏州火车站（有点难度）。

估计这活动老外非常喜欢，这是法国朋友的第二封邮件。至少有四名外国朋友参加这个活动，包括两名法国女世界冠军。法国朋友不敢大肆宣传，怕我们接待不了。轮滑旅游风靡世界，除了比赛，国外的轮滑爱好者喜欢跟中国的普通轮滑爱好者一块儿玩。这是个好商机，风哥应该抓住这个机会，好好开发一下，为2017苏州第一届世界轮滑运动会后，组织国外选手在中国轮滑旅游积累经验。

The two next days after the race will be perfect for me.
I am organizing this trip with two french women and maybe my coach (english). Is it a problem if they come with us ?
How many chinese skaters will participate ? Is it limited (guesthouse size ...), or can I propose to a few skaters of different countries (no more than 5 or 6) ?
Do you intend to participate to the World Championship ?

计划能发到这里吗？主要是微信打字麻烦，资料也不便于保存。文件发在这里便于保存和讨论。
安全问题我会在给老外的文件中加上免责条款。

老外的大行李可以存苏州火车站，也可能9月18日晚就住到苏州，大行李存酒店。他们大部分是从上海飞回欧洲，参加9月24日的柏林马拉松。如果必要，可以租个车帮老外把大行李运到东山，这个方案最好。算一下费用，让老外出就行。

法国朋友说，19-20日对他们很合适，他们准备按这个行程安排他们的赛后活动。

4、行程
9月19日，苏州——东山，40公里。
苏州地铁一号线木渎站——太湖边（8.8公里），太湖边——东山青蛙村（约30公里）。
午饭，山村游览，晚饭……
青蛙村之夜活动（非常值得期待）
9月20日，东山——苏州，40公里。
上午，三山岛轮滑（岛上很小，可以轮滑，有必要的话我提前上岛勘查）。
下午，原路返回苏州。

5、费用
东山酒店260元，2顿中饭+1顿晚饭（150元），总计约410元。
（当然也可以不住我们住过的那家，别家的费用可能略高些）

今天遇到我们轮滑队的老板Steve，他说要和另外一位前世界冠军去参加9月18号南京的比赛。
我提到你要组织环太湖，他非常感兴趣，有具体计划英文版的吗？要尽快有个时间表，这样他们订机票时，可以考虑这个时间。
回家后我问一下Bob是否有兴趣与Steve一起去中国。

太好了！2014年我们参加美国北岸马拉松时，Steve跟我们一块训练过吧？去年在法国第戎国际大师杯马拉松又见到了他，我也非常想念老Bob, 如果能在南京见到他们，真是太好了。如果今年来不了，2017年的南京第一届世界轮滑运动会也是个好机会！争取赛后来个三到四天的330公里环太湖一整圈。
抽时间我把英文的日程准备一下。日期肯定是9月19日和20日，其他具体细节可能会有调整。
