double push双推对踝关节的力量要求相对比较高，这是初学者容易忽略的问题！
      B点--右脚落下，用外刃向左侧推，重心继续向右，仿佛要摔倒,然后右脚转向右侧
，找回重心，向右侧蹬冰。
       总之无论左右，从脚落地到抬起应为，外刃内推,外转,内刃外蹬，滑行中熟练的变
刃，是二次蹬冰的基础.

  適合長距離的緣故是增加了你每一隻腳滑行的距離，也就是步伐變少，而且身體的重心符合施力的方向，所以自然而然就輕鬆了~ :0
