端午假期刷妫河
日期：2012年6月22日星期五
集合地点和时间：火车组：北京北站，时间：7：30（提前到的一定到候车室内集合，假期人很多，火车超员20%候车室关闭，只好等下列火车。）
                         总集合地点：延庆县城，南菜园汽车站，时间：10：15
活动内容：刷妫河上游，中午在永宁古城豆腐宴，下午返回县城，17：17乘火车返回。

Inline Skating Tour to Guihe River in Beijing Suburb Hill Area

Date: Friday 22, June,  2012 (China’s Dragon Boating Day holiday )
Assembly point: Waiting Room (for Line S2), Beijing North Railway Station
Assembly time: 07:20 sharp (please on time, otherwise, the waiting room maybe closed, and you have to wait for next train departure 30 minutes late )

Program:
07：58 We will take train No.S203 to the Yanqing, approx 100 km away from downtown of Beijing. You can enjoy the splendid scenery of the Great Wall during the journey.

09：38 The train will arrive at Yanqing , and then we will skate 25km in moderate pace along the beautiful Guihe River, the East Rhine some people call it, to a small ancient city known as Yongning on 13:00.

12:30 We will have delicious tofu banquet at Yongning, and after having our lunch we will visit a church in the city and then continue to skate 25km along the other side of the Guihe River going back to the Yanqing Railway Station.

17:17 We will take the train No.S224 , alternatively we can take bus, going back to the downtown Beijing.

18:54 We will arrive at Beijing North Railway Station

It's a great way to take in the sights and see the scenery of Great Wall, vast green land, lake and pond, small ancient city and church, enjoy fresh air, sunshine, traditional Chinese tofu, meet new skate friends……

Skating is free, however, you will pay your own lunch, water, bee …..

Budget: 42CNY, (return train tickets 12CNY, lunch 30 CNY)

Important :
Skating is a dangerous sport, and so you MUST agree to accept all risks involved yourself. We strong recommend that all skaters wear whole set of protective gears such as helmet, wrist guards, knee pads and elbow pads.

荷兰朋友的日程有冲突。她当天早7：30才从杭州到北京，来不及参加这个活动了。小师傅端午节晚上不安排个刷街？ 这位朋友可能参加。

集合时间：7：20（请准时，否则火车超员候车室关闭，只好等半小时后的下列火车。）

行程安排：

07：58 乘坐 S203次列车前往距北京市中心约100公里的延庆,在旅途中观赏长城壮丽的风光。

09：38 到达延庆，我们将沿着有东方莱茵河之称的妫河，在长达25公里的平坦的路面中速滑向古城永宁，预计到达时间13:00。

12:30 午餐享用美味的永宁豆腐宴，餐后参观城内一个教堂，然后原路轮滑返回延庆火车站。
17:17 乘坐S224号列车返回北京 或乘坐公交返城。

18:54 到达北京北站

这是一条极佳的观赏长城的路线，还有广袤的绿地、湖泊和池塘，永宁古城和教堂，享受新鲜空气、阳光、中国传统的豆腐，结识新滑友.....

轮滑活动是免费的，你只需支付午餐、饮水等个人费用

预算: 42元, (往返车票12元, 午餐30 元)
