新手上路，买一双适合自己的轮滑鞋，绝对很重要！！不知道怎样选择？不用怕！卡姐可以帮到你！！To choose a pair of rollerblades is very important to a new skater.Maybe you are confused about it.But don't worry.Let me help you！

首先，让我们来了解一下单排轮轮滑鞋。
Firstly，let's learn something about the rollerblades.
（一）、单排轮轮滑鞋的构造&特点（The feature of the roller skating shoes）
    单排轮轮滑鞋有速滑鞋和轮滑球鞋两种，国外目前也已出现单排轮花样鞋。单排轮轮滑鞋目前多数是由塑料外壳，内衬一双海绵袜子组成。穿起来比较舒适，但有不透气、较热的缺点。此外还有皮制的速滑鞋和与冰球相同的尼龙面的轮滑球鞋，这些鞋穿起来较轻巧舒适，也更好看。
The rollerblades include speed skates and roller skating shoes，and the figure skate is popular in some foreign countries now.Actually，the rollerblades make up of plastic casing and a pair of spongy socks.When you put on it，you will feel comforable.But airtight design is one of its disadvantages.Additionally,some leather speed skates and  nylon roller skating shoes are not only light,but also good-looking.

    单排轮轮滑鞋的下部由底板、夹轮板、轴承、轮子和制动器组成。底板和夹轮板有的是塑料合压而成，也有的是用质轻的合金制成。夹轮板由两片长形的板组成，板上有若干个眼用以轮轴，其长度最多的可以上6个轮子，最少的也可上3个轮子。轴承一般都是选用优质的耐磨、耐热、滑动性能好的轴承。轮子由橡胶、合成塑料、聚氨酯等材料组成。质量较好的仍为聚氨酯的，其形状比双排轮鞋的轮子薄，并且是圆形的边缘。制动器由橡胶或合成塑料制成，一般安在鞋架的尾部，可根据需要只安在一只鞋上，也可两只鞋都安装。目前有的鞋的制动器设计成可拆卸的。
The bottom of rollerblades is constituted by baseplate,nipped plate,bearing,wheels and brake.Some baseplates and nipped plates make up of plastic,others make up of  light alloy.In choosing bearings,we usually select hard-wearing,heat resistant and slide well bearings.In addition,we advise you to choose wheels which are constituted by polyurethane.

    单排轮轮滑鞋滑起来支点窄而长，前后方向较稳，左右稳定性差，需要踝关节内外侧有较强的力量来控制，因此单排轮轮滑鞋很能锻炼人的踝关节的力量，经常穿这种鞋滑的人平时不易崴脚，且单脚的平衡能力强。这种轮滑鞋的另一个特点是轮与轮之间的相距很近，前后方向上有多个支点，对于地面上小坑小沟可以顺利滑过，因此这种鞋不仅可在轮滑场上滑，而且在公路等较粗糙的地面上滑较之双排轮滑鞋有更多的优越性，所以目前在国际速度轮滑比赛中单排轮轮滑鞋已经是占据主导地位了。
The rollerblades can train your balance.If you prastic more,you will overcome various difficuclty in roller skating.And as you know,the rollerblades is take up of the most important position in the national competition.

（二）如何选购轮滑鞋
1、应根据个人爱好、特长、学习目的来选择轮滑鞋，再根据鞋的特点来选择单排轮或双排轮的轮滑鞋；    According to your insterest,speciality and target to choose your skate;

2、选购轮滑鞋时，要求鞋的皮的质量要好，鞋帮与鞋底的连接结实牢固，并尽可能轻便。对轮架和底板要求轻便坚固即可。对轴承的要求是滑度越大越好，可用手请拨一下轮子，轮子转动的时间越长，说明轴承的滑度越好。轮子应尽可能选购聚氨酯的，因为其耐磨耐热，长时间滑行硬度变化不大，对各种场地的适应性强。一般塑料盒合成塑胶的轮子价格便宜但耐磨性差，特别是由的单排轮的合成塑胶轮子硬度不够，虽有好的轴承但仍滑不快，而全塑料的硬轮子在光滑的场地上打滑蹬不住，仍不适用；
    When you choose the skate,you should select the sole and upper connecting tightly.To the bearings,you can stir the wheels.The longer rotation to the wheels,the better speed to the bearings. Choosing polyurethane wheels is must be the best choice because it is hard-wearing and heat resistant.


3、选购时，要注意鞋的大小。一般情况下，脚在鞋里要觉得与鞋紧贴在一起，不能前后左右移动。但鞋也不能过紧，过紧就会妨碍脚部的血液循环，造成脚部过分紧张而导致过早的疲劳。鞋太紧还很容易将脚磨破，甚至长时间穿用造成脚畸形。因此一定要选择大小合适的鞋。
     Pay attention to the size.If your skate is too tight,that wlii hinder your foot blood cycle or get malformation.


4、选择鞋时，还要注意轮架与鞋安装的位置是否合适，如果一般滑行，要求不太严格；如果是竞赛用鞋则必须严格一些，并要适合个人的习惯特点。
    Besides,you have to check the wheel carrier position whether suit the shoes.
