关于Dinard 交通
Unfortunately there is no station in Dinard. But you can take the TGV train from Gare Montparnasse in Paris straight through to St. Malo. Alternatively if the TGV terminates in Rennes there is a local train service run by TER which connecttawith most of the TGV services from Paris. Once you are in St. Malo there is a bus service (quite regular) which runs from the station direct to the centre of Dinard. (you need to take the bus and get off at the stop called Le Gallic (which is right opposite the tourist office) or you could get a taxi.

Guide to Mont St-Michel
Mont St-Michel dominates the flat bay of the same name and stands just over the border in Normandy. The entire bay area is classified as a UNESCO world heritage site and this tidal island makes for a breathtaking place to visit.
An abbey has existed on the 80 m high outcrop since the 8th century and from this imposing position acts as a potent symbol of the Church. Today, Mont St-Michel is one of the most recognisable landmarks in France.
Getting There
A regular bus service covers the 50 km journey from the SNCF station in St-Malo terminating at the lowest gate on Mont St-Michel. This is also the location of the tourist office. Those wishing to go by rail should alight at Pontorson, 6 km from the Mont, and take the connecting bus to the same point.

If you are visiting Amsterdam and would like to explore nature on a bicycle, the countryside surrounding Amsterdam is an excellent place to start. There are countless great bicycle tours but the itinerary along the Amstel river comes highly recommended. It will allow you to explore the beautiful region surrounding Amsterdam, which has many rivers and wetlands.
Along the Amstel river
Starting in Amsterdam, you will ride along the Amstel river towards Ouderkerk past the beautiful Riekermolen windmill with its statue of Rembrandt, the 17th century painter. Continue through the picturesque village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, via the pastures of 'Ronde Hoep' and along rivers and channels. The itinerary takes you past attractive old villages like Vreeland, Loenersloot and Baambrugge.
Amsterdam water city
From Vreeland you will trail along the beautiful Vecht river to Nederhorst Den Berg and through the Spiegelpolder to the Ankeveense plassen. You will then return to Ouderkerk and Amsterdam via Weesp and Abcoude. The itinerary is about 55 kilometres and guides you through the spectacularly beautiful wetlands surrounding Amsterdam. If you want to stop for lunch on the way, we highly recommend the terrace at 'de Voetangel' (Ronde Hoep Oost 3). You can rent a bicycle in many places in Amsterdam.

Many of the foreign skaters visiting the Friday Night Skate choose to stay in Stayokay Vondelpark. For three reasons this is an excellent choice:
• It is a hostel and even better, a modern hostel. As always you can stay in a room with 5 of your friends, but rooms for two are also available. Compared to the rates Amsterdam hotel charge you, the Stayokay hostel bring value for relatively little money.
• The Stayokay Vondelpark is located in down town Amsterdam, close to the famous Leidseplein square.
• As the name already gives away this hostel is located on the edge of the Vondelpark which is the inline and rollerskate hot spot of Amsterdam. The Vondelpark is also the starting point of the Friday Night Skate.
As the skaters of Madrid Patina can tell you, the Stayokay Zeeburg is a good second choice. Zeeburg is a little out of the city centre but has excellent public transportation to the centre and you can also skate very well from the hostel to the Vondelpark.
Skate Rental & Skate Shop
There are two places in Amsterdam to rent skates. The first is on the Jan van Galenstraat 161 and it is run by theSkate Doctor. The second rental place is the skate shop that also has the biggest skate collection of Amsterdam:Skatezone. If you need new skates (inline & rollerskates) or a skate repair, this is the place to go to.
Bear in mind that when you rent skates to join the FNS, you will have to return the skates the next day. Both rentals will be closed when the FNS returns at approx. 22.30 hrs.

弗洛姆
弗洛姆在挪威语中的意思是“险峻山中的小平原”，这里也和它的名字一样，房屋散布在山谷间。不大的地方却有海拔2米直到867米的巨大起伏。
这里最有名的要数1940年开通的弗洛姆铁路，被称为挪威国铁的最高杰作。虽然只有弗洛姆到米达尔之间一段20公里的铁路，因左右两旁都是令人惊叹的美景而闻名于世，途中将穿过164米的廖安内弗森瀑布，还会在肖斯弗森瀑布停车5分钟以便游客观赏。
艾于兰
从弗洛姆沿着峡湾再走2-3公里，就到艾于兰。这里有水量丰富的艾于兰斯达伦峡谷和超过1400米高的山峦。有时间的话可以到温德雷达尔教堂看看，这座1147年建造的木板教堂只有40个座位，是斯堪的纳维亚规模最小的教堂。开放时间是5月20日－9月17日，门票是15挪威克朗。
莱达尔
从弗洛姆和艾于兰乘巴士可以到达，这里是钓鱼爱好者的乐园，乡村的河流里有许多鲑鱼和鳟鱼。挪威野生鲑鱼中心也在附近，这里不仅介绍鲑鱼的习性和钓鱼方法，还可以学习鲑鱼料理。波尔昆木板教堂建于1150年，是全挪威保存最完好的木板教堂。
