     欢迎2位法国朋友参加我们的活动

      1、7月25/26日，是提前到西宁适应当地的气候，做准备活动的，食宿都是自理，只有在环湖期间的费用，才是统一由组委会安排。
      2、统一的报到地点：西宁理体青年旅舍报到(西宁市建材巷国际村公寓5号楼15-16层)，我们负责联系预定房间。
      3、如果在24号到，我们可以帮他预定房间。
      4、英文介绍需要修正，活动费用只包括在青海湖环湖期间的（27-31日）5天食宿和保障车费用。其余的都是需要自理。

        the services of the bus following the skaters all the time, and transportation of your equipment during the skating, 保障车
        a T-shirt with event logo,  Ｔ恤
        a speed skate Lycra skin suit, 速滑服
        one set of 110mm or 100mm speed wheels, 一套轮子
        insurance for 5 days,　５天保险
        event services charge,　服务费
        Certificate for the event, 证书费用
        events photos on a CD –ROM,　照片光盘
        donation for poverty school students (30 CNY) 为贫困学生捐款３０元

这些还都有吗？因为以前给老外的说明里都写了这些东西。当时收费标准写的是２０００－３０００元人民币（２００－３００欧元）。所以我觉得承诺的东西都因该有，　费用我们可以提高点，不超过３０００就行。
如果许诺的东西没有了，对老外不好交待。费用包含的这些内容我还都请你事先确认过。

英文的活动日程

ITINERARY of 365 Skate

Qinghai Province is a desolate mountainous area located on the northeastern part of the Tibetan Plateau. Qinghai Lake is the largest salt-water lake in China, with an area of 4,635 square kilometers! Its name means “teal-green sea”. It is located about 100 km west of the provincial capital of Xining at 3,205 m (10,515 feet) above sea level, in a depression of the Tibetan Plateau. Twenty-three rivers and streams empty into Qinghai Lake, which teams with fish in the summer!

This 365K Skate will circumnavigate the lake. The high altitude, the area’s stark beauty, the mixture of culture and natural history, and limitless photographic opportunities, will make this a trip to remember!  

Elevation range: 3100meters to 3300 meters
Terrain: Flat, rolling
Skate level: Moderate; vehicle-supported
Total skate distance: Approximately 365 km
Average distance skating per day: Up to 73 km
Traffic: Heavy traffic is expected in some sections.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1:  Saturday 25th July, 2015
Xining Airport/ Xining hotel
Pick up from airport of Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province.  We will be met and greeted at the airport, and then go to downtown of Xining, check into the Lete Youth Hostel (address: F.15-16, Building 5, International Village Apartment, Jiancaixiang, Xining)  

20:00 Briefing of the event

(accommodation and meal cost exclusive from registration fee)

Day 2:  Sunday 26th July, 2015
Sightseeing (vast area of beautiful yellow rape flowers ) at Menyuan Country
08:00 We will be going to the Xinning Square to practice skating in pace line
10:00 We will board our to go to Menyuan Country
14:00 We arrive at Menyuan Country
18:00 Welcome dinner

Day 3:  Monday 27th July, 2015 (B/L/D)
Qinghai Lake, from start point to Heima (Black Horse) River , Skating distance: 72km
6:00         board our bus to the start point of the event, and have breakfast on board.
10:00         start skating around the Qinghai Lake at the start point of 2088km milestone of No.109 national high way.
16:00          finish skating at the 2160km milestone
Overnight in Mongolian tents (no hot shower available)
After dinner we will enjoy a local needfire dancing party.

Day4 ：Tuesday 28th July, 2015 (B/L/D)
From Jiangxigou to Bird Inland, distance: 67km
6:00         see Sunrise over Qinghai Lake
7:00         breakfast
8:00         start skating
12:00         lunch at lakeside
13:00         the Third Edition of Qinghai Lake Recreational Inline Marathon (42.195km). The skaters who would not like to participate in the race, can skate at his/her own comfortable speed.
Overnight at a hotel

Day5 ：Wednesday 29th July, 2015 (B/L/D)
From Bird Inland to Gangcha, distance: 66km
over night at a Hotel

Day6：Thursday 30th July, 2015  (B/L/D)
From Gangcha to Xihai Town (a cozy and tranquil town, its name means “western sea”)
Skating distance 89km
08:00         breakfast
08:30         start skating, with 10km of steep slope
Over night at a Tibet style hotel
Enjoy grilled mutton at a Tibetan needfire dancing party

Day7：Friday 31st  July, 2015 (B/L/D)
From Xihai Town to Xining City, distance: 71km
7:00         breakfast，
8:00         visit the A-bomb Museum (where China worked on developing its first atomic bomb), and Wang Luobin Museum ( Wang was a renowned composer of Chinese folk songs)
9:00          start skating
16:00          arrive at the finish point: 2088km milestone, boarding our bus to Xining City
19:00         farewell Party, certificate awarding, souvenirs distributing, celebrating our great accomplishment of skating around Qinghai Lake!

已经审核通过了，可以交报名费，然后下载个人报名表，发邮件就行了。

1、速滑轮是免费赠送的
2、报名500元是需要提前打到银行卡，以方便进行准备工作，比如订房间，预定保障车之类。
3、剩下的1500元，是环湖期间5天的食宿和保障车。聚餐等费用，到达西宁后交给组委会。

风哥： 法国朋友的航班已经确认了，7月25日13：30到西宁曹家宝机场。航班号 MU 2078。看来我要24号到西宁了，或乘同一航班从北京过去。

Olivier and me confirm we will land at Xining airport on July 25th with the following flight
There is not a lot of flight between Beijing and Xining on the day so perhaps we will cross other skaters in the dame flight.
