因为距离太远，回家太晚，平时去不了西北湖学轮滑，所以准备利用暑假时间，好好地学下轮滑。等到9月开学，月儿就要上小学了，应该就更没有时间来上轮滑课了。（这边的师兄师姐们都是上小学就没时间来了）。为了把精力都用在轮滑上，学游泳的计划推迟到明年。

终于等到放暑假了，7月6日，我们满怀希望地跑到西北湖。陶教练居然不在了！好失望！
顶替的是王教练，女生。对小朋友很亲切，这是小月儿喜欢的类型。不过她忙于俱乐部的事物，教学的时间就有影响了。
热身操后，200个下蹲、200个原地葫芦。王教练没严格要求，小朋友们各种偷懒，糊弄着做。我对小月儿还是比较严格的，让她做标准动作，150个下蹲，150个原地摆臂重心转移，100个原地葫芦。几天后，小月儿看到别的小朋友都不认真做，她也不愿意了，我只好减少数量，只要她做100个下蹲，100个原地葫芦。

跑圈有竞速，几圈，但要求不严，小月儿就不是特别排斥了。所以没进步。

花桩，开始练习后蛇了，据说后蛇是一个砍！去年几个小朋友都是学了一个月才会的。小月儿学的是右脚在前左脚在后的后蛇。
第一天，王教练没有让小月儿做后滑的练习，而是直接教后滑拉直线，月月做了一节课，依然找不到感觉！
第二天，王教练开始让小月儿上桩。随后四天，她反复练习后找到点感觉了。但是，前面的右脚比较灵活，后面的左脚不太灵活。左脚向一方向扭时快，向另一个方向扭时总是有点卡，被右脚追上了，两只脚就并拢了。
后来，王教练抱着小月儿，掰着她的腿找感觉。终于在第七天可以顺利的完成后蛇了！虽然动作不流畅，但也算是完成动作了。第八天又练了一节课。

几个热心急切的中级班家长找到了陶教练，他因为场地问题和俱乐部起了争执离开了俱乐部，也不打算做轮滑教练了，打算专心他自己的主业工作。
但，他愿意带着孩子们一起玩。我就带着小月儿去了一次。

陶教练没有让小月儿做下蹲、原地摆臂重心转移、葫芦。直接要她练习剪冰的推刃。小家伙很不愿意，因为太累了，她说腰都要断了。
我问陶教练能不能少练一下，学点花桩。陶教练说，她体能太差了，就算是练花桩，也是需要体能的，否则以后的难度她都学不了。但是，他看小月儿推刃的时候一副没精打采的样子，叹了口气，喊她去练花桩。

我让小月儿把后蛇做给陶教练看。他一眼就看出问题了，说小月儿姿势不对！她腰是弯的，头是低的，胯没扭起来：应该腰是直的，转头，扭胯。并且做了示范，把正确动作和月儿的动作都做了一遍，让小月儿自己观察指出有什么不同。
然后，他敲敲小月儿的帽子，让她自己做练习。我看她好像也没什么进展。
但是，第二天，我们再去西北湖的时候，小月儿好像突然开窍了，姿势完全不同，后蛇做得比较流畅，王教练说她可以过关了。
让小月儿换脚学另一边的后蛇。我说她另一边的前蛇都不会，就让她练左脚在前的前蛇，练了一节课拉直线。

就这样，小月儿的后蛇（右脚在前左脚在后的后蛇），经过9节课过关了。

真的很感谢陶教练，他愿意带我们这几个孩子。有家长找好了场地，我就带小月儿跟去了。
家长们都说要给学费，但是陶教练不要，说就是带着孩子们玩一下，他今年秋天后，他就不搞了。他自嘲说自己年龄大了，搞不动了。呵呵，他才25很年轻啊！
这让我们更珍惜这个暑假！

这边，因为场地大，人少，很适合学推刃。
小月儿学了三四天推刃，我总觉得她做得不好，陶教练说是因为她体能不行，单腿没力气支撑，腿没蹲下去，为了保持平衡，所以推不直。
起步练习了一天。一般般。

花桩. 后蛇复习了一天。
后剪（后交叉）学了2次课，右脚在前左脚在后的，过关。
由于要给Crazy（前剪+后剪的组合动作）打基础，所以又补学了左脚在前右脚在后的前剪（前交叉），两次课，过关。

三岁指的是三生日还是毛岁？我家孩子才2生日，24个月，也算3岁。走路还不稳呢，在说脚丫子才14.5CM，哪有那么大的轮滑鞋啊。
